I'm just curious what type of simulations these tasks are running. They're the shortest I've ever seen on GPUGrid, running for only a few minutes.

Stefan's WUs are labeled in nanoseconds of simulation. 1, 5, 20, and 50ns. Recently he has pulled 20ns and 50ns simulations from the pool, perhaps because they are finished? I do not know the reason but perhaps he can answer this? Maybe someone else or Stefan himself can explain what is occurring in these simulations.

Yeah I reached the total simulation time I wanted to reach with the longer ones so only the shorter ones remain.

The simulations are on protein folding using adaptive sampling methods. The title (CASP) should be changed though as it's not related to the folding CASP competition.
